Club booking and payment
- You can book onto a maths after school club at any point from when it is advertised.
- Each club will run for 6 weeks, once per week from the start date for 1 hour.
- Once booked the place will be reserved pending payment.
- When you book you will receive an e-mail invoice for payment within 24 hours.
- All invoices are due to be paid within 7 days.
- When paid the place will be confirmed.
- If invoices are not paid within 7 days then the place will be forfeit.
- If the club is full you will be informed by e-mail and added to a waiting list and no invoice will be sent. You will be informed of your place on that list.
- If a place becomes available you will be informed and an invoice will be sent to you.
- In the unlikely event that a club needs to be cancelled you will receive a full refund.
- All payments are otherwise non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases we may at our discretion, allow a paid-for place to be deferred to the next scheduled club at the school.
Club safeguarding
- All our staff hold enhanced DBS and barring checks issued within the last 3 years.
- All our staff are trained in safeguarding procedures.
- Only children on our register will be able to attend clubs
- Children will be marked as attending on arrival and marked as departed when they are collected.
- The club will liaise with the school to ascertain children not expected to attend the club.
- If any children that are expected do not attend then parents will be contacted.
- Children can only leave the club with those named by parents on the club sign up form.
- Children will remain within the club at all times during club operation.
- If a child is not collected within 15 minutes of the end of the club then parents will be contacted.
