At Monster Maths Tutoring we have more than 15 years experience teaching pupils from age 5 – 65 he can help whatever your maths needs from KS1 through to GCSE, A-level and beyond.
We can also offer tutoring for numeracy aptitude tests in employment applications and entrance exams from 11+ to Oxbridge entrance.
Our tutoring approach is fully tailored to the individual and can be comprehensive across any stage or focused on particular topics. We have lots of tools and techniques and aim to make maths fun and interesting.
A full assessment will be made in the first session so we can work out where help is needed. After that we can agree a lesson plan.
We are enthusiastic mathematicians and make our lessons interesting and engaging. We can tutor both students who would like to improve their confidence in maths and those who would like some additional exam preparation. We have good knowledge of exam boards, their requirements and standards expected and use our knowledge and skills to offer a tailored tuition programme using real life examples. We have many years experience working on a one-to-one basis and also offer small group tuition and always strive to develop a good rapport with students.
We will provide appropriate challenging sessions and if required homework can be set and assessed if appropriate to ensure the best results for the students.
